What to say in a card

Apologies if this is not the right topic, but I couldn't find one that was nearer to my situation. I have a relative, not a close relative, but one I am very fond of, who is in what appears to be the later stages of terminal cancer. I want to send a card saying 'Thinking of you' or similar, but obviously many cards are not suitable, and although I have one with a similar heading, I am unsure what to put that isn't insensitive. Does anyone have any suggestions for suitable wording in this case? Relative came to my wedding not too long ago, and has a wife who has a family history of taking offence where this is apparently none, and I don't want to upset her either. TIA.

“Sorry you are ill, here is my email in case you would like to be in touch”

enclose a photo of you two in old times

That's a nice idea. Thanks @Mytortoiseisbetter .

If you're worried about a "Thinking of you" card would give offence, use a plain one instead, something with a pretty landscape / garden scene / flowers.

As for words - keep it simple and brief

"Thinking of you both. It was so good to see you at our wedding."

The photo is a lovely idea

Yes @DPotter . That's an idea, thanks.

Include her: e.g it meant a lot to see you and xxx at my wedding, it was lovely to see you both thank you for coming.
