Sex Ed for gay teens?

Hi - can anyone recommend sex Ed resources for same sex relationships?

DS(16) is gay. His (co-ed) school have the most fabulous sex Ed curriculum, which is all aimed at heterosexual relationships. So pregnancy, consent, avoiding STDs, issues around porn, staying safe and taking sensible precautions (both re stds and also physically safe - ensuring you don’t get into dangerous situations where things are going too far too quickly) are all framed in reference to male/female world.

Consent in particular I think is very focused towards the issue of males forcing themselves on females - but nothing about this in the context of male on male rape, consent, safety etc.

I think that gay teens should see themselves centred in the discourse too and would like to find some resources for DS, for parents and also possibly for the school.

I also have no idea how to talk to DS about navigating the adult world of sex, relationships etc from a gay perspective. Fundamentally the values are the same of course but I’m aware that the world of gay sex might also be different and pose some scenarios I’m not equipped to chat through drawing on my own experience.

I want to be sensible and sensitive. Any help appreciated!

It isnt exactly educational in a traditional sense, but I think the relationship portrayals in Please Like Me are really good.

There seemed to be licensing issues with it so I haven't seen it online in a while.

https://www.brook.org.uk is a really good website for all things sex ed.
Not sure if there's anything there for your ds, but it's a good resource in general terms.
