My Ex husband has turned round tonight and told me he won't be able to have ds and dd overnight anymore as he lives in a two bedroom flat and his new son will be going into that room .

In our custody agreement he is mean't to have them weekends when he is home [he works for a formula one team and is away alot]so he will be breeching this agreement ?? Is there anything I can do or as he put it to me I will have to accept it ???? I would be grateful for any advice please

The one saving grace is they have a fabulous step Dad who loves them to pieces and is giving them a postive male role model in there livesand I am sure he will be the one walking DD down the asile

We just can't get over his lack of commiment to his children ........

Living so far away he is bascially trying to cut ties isn't he. How sad for your DCs. At least they are old enough to see its him and not you, they will not forget this. He has done untold damage to their relationship be doing this. I have a half brother, my parents had to travel to see him and they did it every week. But he only remembers the ones where for whatever rare reason they couldn't go

He's not even trying to find a solution, is he? His new partner doesn't want them and, by the sounds of it, neither does he.

"you will next be asking me to put up new son up for adoption " What the f* is he on about?

Write/text/email what msrisotto said and be done with it.
