Hello A while ago I was the victim of a personal injury and sustained a traumatic brain injury this was a skull fracture and bleed on the brain. The police were involved and are in the process of charging the defendant. I have got myself a solicitor on a no win no fee basis and we are now at the stage of going for a claim. The solicitor has now sent over the claim form for me to sign and I notice they have ticked a box that states upto 25k. Is this standard practice ? I thought it would be that the defendants insurance would give a figure if they admitted liability ? Also as I have no idea on whether I will be able to work full time again, does this mean that I just have to lose out and accept what they request? Thanks for reading
