EXH disappeared abroad to avoid paying child maintenance

My ex told the court during our divorce that he was unemployed and living with family in his home EU country. He has said the same to me ever since he left his UK job around the time I applied for child maintenance through CMS.
I have reasons to think this isn't true. Our daughter has seen him in online work meetings while staying with him last month. Emails he forwards to me always show the timezone of a non-REMO country. When he recently came to visit, he flew into our small local airport, and the arrival time matched the only direct flight from a city in that country. I have also found information online that seems to link him to a company there. He hasn't updated his LinkedIn profile, but he only likes posts from one company and its branch in the country where I think he now lives. There are at least 10 posts he's liked in the last 7 months. I know this isn't proof, but it has made me suspicious.

Our financial order says he must tell me if his job or income changes and pay child maintenance. When I recently asked him about maintenance, he again said he was unemployed and living with family.

I believe he may now be living in this non-REMO country, which I understand makes enforcement much harder. He is clearly hiding where he works and will never openly reveal it. His family enable him so they won't help.

Would it be appropriate to start child maintenance proceedings in the country I believe he is living in with no concrete evidence? Contact his potential employer? (worried this would be seen as harrassment). I don't know where to start or what to do. There seems to be little I can do in the UK as I already have a court order, and getting another one that can't be enforced would not be helpful. He will also never return to the UK and has no assets here.

You could call the employer and ask to be put through to him, that will confirm it ?

Thank you. I was thinking of doing this on Monday but was worried, it may be seen as harrassement..
