Partner and I separated three years ago. For last two years we have been joint tenants on a rented house where and I and our two kids live. We pay half rent each. He pays nothing else towards the property (council tax, utilities etc) and no further child maintenance. Access for one child for one night every other weekend. He has now written to the property agent and given two months notice on his rent liability. Says I must assume full liability or vacate. What do I do? Separation, not divorce
