I am in England And have worked for the company for over ten years. Hello, I have recently gone through an IVF procedure and had a week off work for this. During this time, my duties had to be covered by other staff. On my return, I’ve been told that my manager has told numerous people (people that I don’t even know but who were covering for me) that I was off due to having IVF. To make matters worse, the IVF procedure wasn’t successful. Can the information about my IVF procedure be shared? It makes no difference to my job etc and I did not want people to know and didn’t give consent for it to be shared. Thank you
