Back in January social services rang regarding a video that the dad had sent to them our 2 year old saying mummy done it (I believe he was coaxed) apparently a mark was on his face. The dad has 6 hours contact a week supervise by his mum and on a domestic abuse perpetrator course. I haven’t seen this video but I have many photos across the time he said it happened that counteract that allegation.
I’ve stopped court ordered contact since to protect our son from emotional harm and me He has been turning up outside my flat making his presence known and has called the police weekly 8 times in 2 months to collect evidence that I’m breaching the court order bare in mind he swore an undertaking not to be seen/heard and remain indoors during handovers.he has court ordered indirect contact with our eldest due to her wishes
The video report had been closed in January but last week the dad showed the police officer and I had to take my 2 year old son down to the Station for questioning while I had to leave the room(it was absolutely heartbreaking) they made a referral to social services because of the allegation. The police tried to get a domestic abuse protective order which he contested at court and I’ve applied for a non molestation order which he managed to adjourn to seek legal advice. My solicitor is waiting for legal aid to be granted but I get anxiety every week as he’s told the police he will continue to call them every Wednesday. It’s so stressful
Any advice would be appreciated. Thankyou

Who are you the partner or the mother of said child, sorry the post was a little confusing.

I’m the mother. The dad has supervised contact with his mother (paternal grandmother)

If anything I should think the police will get fed up of him contacting them, as what will he have to give him a reason to keep contacting anyway. Goes against him that he only has the contact he does, because of background history obviously. I would wait to see what happens with your solicitor too.
