Hi all thanks in advance,

My brother as been made power of Eternity to my mother, I have a older sister too,
My brother as my dads bussiness he died 3 years ago, the bussiness is worth 1 millon approximately,

My mother and brother had public tamptrums because dad wanted to sell as he had put his personal wealth into said bussiness,
Dad was ill and frail at this time , mother threatened divorce if dad didn't sign over bussiness to my brother, Dads hands where tied due to ill health and brother as only paid £150,000 for it instead of what it's worth,
Me and sister were always told by dad the rest of his wealth would be shared between me and sister,

My mother as now said dad's wealth is now going to be shared between me brother sister, and she says this is fair,
Mother as always held my brother in high regard, as we all see him to be very self entitled, with no bussiness sense and he's just drawing substantial money from my dad's bussiness each year, he's no grown the bussiness .
Now told I have no part in power of Eternity,
Dad also told me the second bussiness which is going to be mine and sisters to share, now my sister inlaw as 10% share on companys house,
I feel so agreived , this wasn't my Dads wishes ,
I caught brother and mother getting rid of paperwork in there home office at the time Dad couldn't walk,
I have 2 witness to seeing my Dad in his older years been shouted at by brother, and 5 family witnesses to hear what my dad's wishes where,
I dont believe Dad never left a will, how can I find out ? Can I do anything about unfair inheritance after my mother as past ?

I am afraid your post is rather hard to understand, and not just because of the spelling and grammar. I assume you mean power of attorney.

This all sounds too complicated for anyone on here to advise on, even if you explained it more clearly. You need to talk to a solicitor.

Kindly - I think to get meaningful help you need to re-write this post because it doesn't make sense:

Firstly, As far as I know "Power of Eternity" isn't a thing. I assume you mean "Power of Attorney"?

Secondly, if you mean your brother has Power of Attorney, the things you've said about you dad's businesses and who would get want are irrelevant, because Power of Attorney in only relevant while your mum is still alive, and at that point no-one inherits anything from your mum because she isn't dead!

Are you actually talking about inheritance after your Mum dies? Or are you talking about who looks after her affairs if she is alive and too poorly to look after her own affairs? (Which is what Power of Attorney is, but not what you talk about in the post.)

Power of Attorney, not eternity! That was explained to you on your other thread.

I get the strong impression that English is not your first language, and this is unfortunately making your post very difficult to understand with any certainty.

I would suggest that you get proper legal advice from a solicitor, not from Mumsnet.
