Who would I ask to look over a contract?

We are all being treated poorly at work, and I believe they are breaking contract - mainly we have contracted hours but are consistently having days cancelled and only being paid for the hours we work (so this week my contracted hours are 40 but I have only worked 25)

Google seems to say that contracts can be written to allow this. I want to pay someone to read my contract and then answer a few questions - mainly are they allowed to keep cutting my contracted hours?

Thanks

Does your contract say ‘40 hours a week’

I've just read it all again Contract says '40 hours'

Then further down in another paragraph it says 'hours can not be guaranteed '

Next time I will get the contract checked before I accept the job! I hope this is something that will be cracked down on in the new legislation.
