Hi
Any recommended solicitors please for employment law etc who deal with compensation due being bullied at work. In short this was 4-5 years ago, bullying lead to PTSD, company didn't show their duty of care - really complicated so won't go into detail
Thank you

You might struggle - the employment tribunal deadline is typically 3 months from when you left.

I'd start with ACAS, but you might be disappointed as it seems a long time ago.

You might be right on the borderline of being able to consider a personal injury claim through a civil court but that is not straightforward. Any claim through an employment tribunal would be well out of time limitations.

You’re too late really OP, by a long time

I'm an employment lawyer. You don't have a claim. You would have potentially had 3 months (plus an early conciliation extension of a few weeks had you engaged in early conciliation) to bring a constructive dismissal claim (and potentially a disability claim depending on the circumstances) but you cannot bring a claim 4-5 years down the line.

I'm still there now. I have PTSD, and it's the trauma that happened at the time that's taken its toll on me.
Thank you though for your responses - it's a bit shit, to be honest I'm going to see what they offer me, had a pretty good meeting today, we shall see what they come back with!
Thanks

Just drip feeding... sorry, it's so complicated. I still have my job because I kicked up a huge fuss and they offered me both a role, and said I could take a secondment (same department - massive department so nowhere near where I was). Secondment finches soon and I'll have to do that substantive role.
I al not going into detail , it's an awful situation, they knew I was suicidal and still kept her as my line manager because she was doing a restructure and they took precedent over my welfare apparently. She phoned people I was have gun reviews with to put them off me, she made sure I was underpaid at Christmas, spitefully, and told my secondmet role I wouldn't take it, thankfully the person who took the call said too late she's already taken it. It was a fucking dreadful time, she did so many vindictive things and my employers were literally wet blankets.

... one last thing, I will need to contact a
Solicitor as it's required as part of a wider scheme at work just now, so employment lawyers info is still happily sought - thank you

As you have already been advised, it is far too late. The fact you still work there is irrelevant. You have 3 months from whenever the event you want to claim for happened. It is far too late to claim for things that happened 4-5 years ago. You can't even claim for things that happened at Christmas.
