Just this really. He clearly breached the non mol recently and thats with Police

The Police also read my non mol and said he needs to go via court to send me legal documents, papers etc.

its clear the non mol doesn’t say he can. There’s no clause that some have.

are these breaches too please?

If it doesn't specify that he can send you mail then it's a breach, the police have read and confirmed this.

Why is his solicitor not sending the docs to your solicitor?

IReallyLoveItHere · 15/06/2025 18:43

Yes, he can't contact you in any way.

How do you know they're from him, does he include a note or anything?

Darkershadeofpink · 15/06/2025 19:16

Thank you. He is now self representing. Police say however it shouldn’t come directly to me from him

This is not straightforward. The court order presumably says he should file and serve documents. That is therefore instructing him to serve those documents upon you and therefore the service of such documents will not be a breach.

Thanks. Online it suggests he needs to make alternative arrangements through court or another legal party? The contact won’t stop here. He’s demanding the family csr back despite me having little money, what schools I’ve viewed despite kicking me out of the area. There will be some acrimony somewhere as his solicitors were horrendous. Can I leave to court to decide. ? Terms of NMO are clear and it went to senior dept of met police to ask. Thanks

This is tricky as the court won't send you the papers and he's self representing so he needs to get them to you. Sending them to a third party isn't straightforward either as they are privileged court documents. I think you should probably suck this one up as long as the only thing he's sending you is the court documents you need to have.

Can anything be sent to a third party.local police station or the post office with a mail direction service if op doesn't have a solicitor

Use of a PO Box would be a good solution although at a cost to OP. Honestly better option would be to open an email address just for the purpose of receiving court documents from him and anything else he may send should be reported as a breach.

Thank you. So the court have actually decided they will manage correspondence. It’s lengthy and not ideal but he won’t be able to contact me directly again.
