Employer offered incomplete settlement

I have upcoming ET for 3 claims with 3 ACAS certificates coming up soon which was discussed and agreed with Judge, respondent and I during primarily hearing to list them all in one case as they are linked.
Case 1 victimisation, harassment and discrimination
case 2 disability discrimination
case 3 unfair dismissal
But my employer have now put forward an offer for victimisation, harassment and discrimination and said that is the only claim that was brought to ET which is really untrue I wonder how to approach this can anyone please help me with ideas as I am representing myself?

Are you in a union or do you have legal cover on your house insurance? If not, speak to ACAS again, they may be able to advise you.

Laugh at them, call ACAS, continue on to the ET so all the claims are heard.

Hi, I would suggest you look at the terms they are proposing. when employers settle a case before ET the withdrawal of the claim is a term, and given it’s being heard as one case I suspect that’s what they are
proposing - the settlement for the withdrawal of the whole case

you need to assess the value of the settlement again what you are likely to receive (it’s often much less than the
figures you hear in the news esp when you take off what make have already been received such a notice etc) and make a decision if it’s worth it.

I don't fully understand that - are they saying that they don't know there is a claim of unfair dismissal? Whilst that seems unlikely I suppose it is possible that the claim has gone astray or been overlooked. It would be highly unusual for an employer to settle for part of a claim. Settlement is not an admission of guilt, it is really no more than a payment to resolve a dispute, so I would expect it to be conditional upon settling any and all claims.

Sorry one final point! Was the preliminary hearing very recent? Normally the courts will issue some case management instructions, setting out timelines, clarifying the claims etc, - if you haven’t had that confirmed or it wasn’t clear at the hearing maybe wait for that
