Adverse possession concerns

I am trying to sell a terraced house where none of the gardens are registered but have been used as gardens and fenced off etc for many years. I have applied for adverse possession and Land Registry are at the stage of writing to my neighbours to ask if they object. All the neighbours have the same situation and the only way to get to their back gardens (other than through the house) is via the other gardens. Only thing that they would do this for are window cleaning - there’s no regular access.
I am concerned my neighbours might object as they would want to have access for this purpose. How can I handle this? Should I approach my buyers to ask if they will agree access so I can reassure neighbours or would this undermine my adverse possession claim?

Who actually owns the land?

its unregistered land

It still belongs to someone. If it belongs to you, you are following the wrong process. You don't need to go for adverse possession. You simply need to register it. You only need adverse possession if it belongs to someone else, in which case the owner of the land can object to your claim.

You might have to grant a right of way through the gardens to allow everyone access of they don't all agree
