Hi everyone,
I'm desperate to find legal advice and perhaps further assistance. Unfortunately I can't afford the cost to pay, that's why I'm trying to reach out to charity organisations, pro bono or etc solicitors/ barrister/ lawyer. I had couple of responses from few that I was able to get in touch, but unfortunately they're not enough competent in my case. So can't help me. My situation involves couple of laws, and maybe this is why I struggle to find the right help... I don't want to get too much into details for the moment, but I can say that is about breach of contract, public humiliation and false accusations, breach of Equality Act 2010, financial loses, emotional distress and I believe a couple of more. Please help me to find the write organisation that can help me. This might help too that is about educational related issue.
Thank you

You will need to be a bit more specific about the issue if you are going to get any useful help. A generic statement of 'my child was expelled from school' or 'I am a teacher and I got sacked I think in breach of the Equality Act' or 'I am a parent attacked by another parent' isn't going to identify you but it would help people to steer you to the right kind of pro bono help. Here are some suggestions but no idea what you really need given your vague post:

Thank you very much for the suggestions. I reached out to some of them before I post here. Usually I agree what you say, more details will be more helpful to guide me. I can't say much yet unfortunately . I can say only it's about a nursery ,not school . I only had guidance that maybe I will need civil litigation assistance or someone who deals with defamation. Maybe my mistake that I haven't mentioned that before. But still I struggle to find the right person/ people.
But thanks again

Wigs is right and has shared pretty much all anyone can given what you’ve said. Unless you actually explain what the problem is, people can’t help you, nor can they point you in the direction of someone that could help. “Breach of contract” is very different if it’s a contract of employment rather than for services, and defamation is different from breach of the EA. “Civil litigation” just means disputes/court when it isn’t a criminal case and it’s between you and another person/business, so that doesn’t narrow it down. Your nursery employer humiliating you and spreading false information about you is very different from your child’s nursery staff doing the same. I’m afraid you’re going to need to share some detail that explains your problem if you want useful guidance more tailored to your issue.
