Court App

I have to use a court app and I’m wondering if it’s advised to report things that have happened on there or if it’s best to keep a separate diary? For instance my kids saw the other party for the first time in over a year it is post court hearing and the other party brought a folder with them and effectively debriefed the kids (for an hour) asking them questions about what they said to Cafcass amongst other things. They are 12 and 14.

What do you mean court app? What country do you live in?

The other party should not be quizzing them bit what they said to Cafcass. But your court proceedings have ended so you are shouting in to a void if you tell the court.

If you feel it merits taking it back to court then do so. Otherwise take some advice from a solicitor.

Wondering if it’s worth diarising in the App rather than separately.

Okay so the App is nothing to do with the court. It's an app for separated parents to communicate with eachother, and is US based.

You should really raise it with the other parent before doing anything else. Either raise it through the app or via another medium. Decide what you want to do based on their response.

@Collaborate unfortunately they are denying saying any of it which is standard behaviour. This was the issue in court. The children saying things were said and they denied it. It’s extended family rather than a parent.
