Managing agent of private leaehold flats have stated they will only release details of their public liability insurance to my legal representative.
Can anyone recommend a firm to represent me please ?
I was only collecting a plant listed on marketplace and suffered a really painful knee and hurt my back.
I have asked the managing agent to record the accident and respond in sorting to no avail.

I broke my ankle and used Fletchers. They were good, but I'm not sure your injuries will pass a threshold to make it worth the bother for anyone.

Talk to Citizens Advice Bureau. They can usually help with the initial information request at least.

The managing agent is legally required to display his insurance in his offices.

Thank you.
I was quite shaken and hurt and reported it to prevent it happening again.

Send them a letter before action

They will have to send it to there insurers or they wont be covered

You dont need a legal; representative if you dont want to.
