Litigant in person and opposing solicitor

In the previous hearing (family court, I’m the mother), the opposing solicitor sent me a draft order half an hour before the hearing started and I didn’t see the email until 10 minutes before. Can I ask them to send me any paperwork 5 working days before for the next hearing? I think this was a tactic on their part and I told the court what happened and said I hadn’t read it.

Another question as well. The paperwork is hundreds of pages. Should I print it all out when I go to court? A previous hearing from a few years ago is also included and the opposition will supply a minimum of 100 pages for some things.

They always do this. Unless it's relevant I'd ignore & say that you've just been sent the paperwork that morning so can't comment on it, but that you have your own representations to offer at the hearing.
