Hi,
Does anyone know if we have to declare bringing neighbours to civil court for noise issues, when selling a house?

Yes, I believe you do, but IANAL.

I don't know if you need to declare if, but it will come up on their solicitors searches if you don't do you might as well tell them upfront

I don't think that it would come up in solicitors searches actually as it is a civil matter, however yes you probably do have to declare it. The thing to do though is if you can say that things have been resolved this would go in your favour 'we had an issue with noise when we first moved, however this has been resolved'. Run it past your solicitor when you move they will have heard it all before
