Is there anything that can be put in place with a solicitor to avoid spouse getting any inheritance before parents pass if we aren’t divorced yet?
please no opinions on the question I just want to know if something exists. Thanks

I thought inheritance wasn't counted as joint anyway 😕

The surest way is to start the divorce process.

But you’d be better spending a small amount of money to take some legal advice from a solicotor face to face, who can be in full sight of all the facts.

How do you get an inheritance before someone 'passes' - I assume you mean dies.
