TOLATA claim - Unmarried relationship breakdown where one partner owns the house

Trying to locate information for a friend whose relationship is breaking down.

Her partner is the sole legal owner of their house. She contributed funds to it but only his name went on the deeds / mortgage (yes, I know, it sounds like financial abuse).

She recalls being asked to sign a form at the time that sounds like a ‘Deed of consent and postponement’ or ‘adult occupier consent form’ when I research it for her. She recalls that it essentially required her to move out should he ever default on the mortgage.

She’s now in the early stages of looking into a TOLATA claim to claw back the money she put into the house. She’s worried that somehow having signed this form could affect this claim.

I think it would but I can’t find anything saying it wouldn’t. Any hints for what to search for or useful pointers?

The form she signed was just to prevent her having a claim on the property before the mortgage company. It doesn’t acknowledge she has no interest in it.
