POA Witnesses

I'm looking for some advice around who can witness signatures on POA forms. We are completing the forms for my mum (who has full capacity). The two attorneys will be myself and my brother. When it comes to witnessing our signatures can our spouses act as witness or would they be considered to have a conflict of interest? Thank you

Normally spouses shouldn't/can't witness things.
Better to grab a friend or neighbour.

No. You need to have people who are independent and impartial to everyone - the donor and any attorneys appointed. Your spouses are not impartial.
