Declaring neighbour disputes when selling advice

I am planning on selling my middle floor flat next year and want to know where I stand with declaring neighbour disputes. I had a neighbour who broke the rules on having laminate flooring which caused noise issues. I complained to their housing association, who made them replace the flooring with carpets. This caused further issues with noise and harrassment which led to further complaints to HA, council and the police. They were evicted over 3 years ago and I now have really nice neighbours who behave like reasonable people. Do I still need to declare these old disputes? I'm in Scotland if that makes a difference.

Thanks.

It might depend on the exact phrasing of the question.

In England I'd say mention it for completeness but being crystal clear that it wasn't your doing and that the culprit is gone.

^ as above

start with title - historic resolved issue

also try to spin it as a positive of your HA
that they dealt with the issue of lease breach flooring promptly & solved the problem.

Since those neighbours left , no issues whatsoever in last 3 years with new neighbours
