Do i have to send a copy of D11 to his solicitor?

Please helps. I can not afford a layer but he can. We had a hearing in January for an occupation order (on the same date the non-molestation order expires). I had to withdraw, as his solicitor has threaten me that my case is weak and I will loose and will have to pay his fees. As i have no saving and do not want to get into debts i had to withdraw.
I submitted D11 to withdraw and had to his solicitor know as she keeps sending threatening emails. Now she said that i have to give her a copy as the court would want me to send everything to her.
Is this true? I didn't submit any other documents, just the D11 form. I am not sure if she is entitled to it. I do not want ot be see weak on her eyes and abide with everything she says.
Please help if you know anything. I would be very grateful.

I'm really sorry you haven't had any replies, it might be worth you posting this in the legal section. I don't think you should necessarily do what your ex's solicitor tells you to do. You can try contacting rights of women for legal advice. www.rightsofwomen.org.uk/

Do you have the money for your own representation? The other party's solicitors will be out to get everything possible for their client, so are no friend to you. Do you think there is any merit in what they are saying, or threats to get you to go away?

Thank you very much both for your replies. I know that his solicitor is not my friend that's why I didn't want to comply if she is not entitled to it.

Hi yes everything you send to the Court, you must also send to the other party or their solicitor. You should tell the Court you have done this. The Court will often refuse to accept the D11 from you if this has not been done
