Property lease clause about alterations

Hello. I’m trying to find a clause in my lease about making internal alterations to my leasehold property, but I can't find one. I've read through the document what feels like 200 times and I can't find anything apart from reference to external changes.
So do I take that as the green light to go ahead and make internal changes? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Depends what internal alterations. E.g In our lease replacing windows are the responsibility of the leaseholder, and I assume anything like new doors or kitchen as well. Knocking down walls is structural and might come under freeholder's responsibilities. Do you have a management co you can ask?

You can make some changes for sure. New kitchen or bathroom - not a problem. But structural changes are likely to need building control if supporting and freeholders permission. I removed a structural wall and needed majority approval from the rest of the leaseholders as well as freeholder.

Thanks for your replies! It is the removal of a non load bearing stud wall so I was under the impression that classed as a non structural change.
