Accused of altering FB marketplace ad after sale

Sold a 3d printer in FB marketplace today, the screen was pixelated it. I added a video showing this a photo showing it statically and specifically mentioned in ad plus only chose ‘fair’ as condition. Guy came to buy and knocked a tenner off. The lead wasn’t included and I didn’t have one to hand so he didn’t test it. He paid cash.

hea took it home, tested it and flagged the pixels… I looked at my advert through my listings and initially couldn’t see th description I’d added or the video (so thought a technical glitch) although the photo still was clear and the condition ‘fair’ rather than good/very good.. and offered to refund £20 of his £70. I then searched the whole FB marketplace for my advert and could see it was aa I thought (video and description) even the messenger group he set up links back to this advert as I can see it. He is saying I must have altered it after he picked it up as he has screen shots of an advert where it’s not showing as pixelated (not possible as it was and is on all photos!) and is accusing me of lying and might want a refund.
can I prove I haven’t edited the ad? Is there a way I can show history- can I contact FB to confirm this to him? I don’t see why I should accept a return or deal with him again as he’s at best deluded and at worst a gaslighting nasty peice if work, and I was honest.

I'd just ignore him, he's pulling a fast one .

Thanks @Newwardrobe im just worried he said
he might come back for refund! He’s not entitled to one (even if I was lying- which I’m not) as collected and paid cash - according to FBs own rules, but I’d rather avoid him coming causing trouble and making me/kids uncomfortable/ scared.
I was hoping to shut him down with irrefutable proof- by showing a log of my activity on the advert or something, or contacting FB to
tell him he’s wrong.
i’m more miffed it’s my sons- he’s getting the money- and the buyer made out id deliberately scammed him over his sons Xmas present and then altered advert- libellous claims that go against who I am.
