After court-child arrangement order- ex changing things already!

Hi, my ex and I agreed in court child arrangements 2 weeks ago
The Judge was very specific about school holidays and building up time with Dad gradually due to her autism.
We reached an agreement and were told we will get the order in the post. Unfortunately now half term is approaching and ex is saying he can't do the days agreed and since the paperwork hasn't arrived he doesn't have to!
Half term was split 50/50 but he says since he can't do what was agreed he should get more days and I should let him change to what suits him.
I have arranged the holiday thinking he would stick to the arrangements but without the paperwork I don't know what to do or how long it takes to arrive?
The judge was very specific about half term so I assumed the order started straight away?
I have said I am sticking to what was agreed as everything is arranged now but he says I'm unreasonable.
He has never stuck to any agreements before and I feel he controls my life through our daughter so I hoped he would actually listen to a judge.
can anyone tell me
1/ how long do court papers take to arrive
2/ is the order enforceable before we receive them.

Thank you 🙏

If you were both present in court when the order was made, then it is effective immediately and the father is being a bit of a tit.

It may not have been sealed yet by the judge, but no harm in calling the court to ask for a copy. Tell them the father is refusing to comply without the order.

Go back to your solicitor immediately. Get a warning letter out to him.

Thanks. I self represented so no solicitor. I rang court but it's a call centre with no access to files to get a copy(45 minutes on hold to be told that 😂)

WelL when you get the order, see a solicitor. Not sure much will happen if you don’t.
