Can someone please tell me what a County Court Judgment involves?

I've started a small claims against a business who owe me money. They haven't responded in time so my next option is to order a county court judgement.
I have no idea what this means for me and after googling, I can only understand what it means for the business.

A few questions I have are:

Will this cost me more money? I already paid a fee to start the small claims.

What will I need to do? Is this the part where I provide any evidence I have?

Does this mean I have to go to a court hearing?

If anyone can answer these questions I will be very grateful.

If they have missed the deadline to file a defence, you can request a default judgement. Assuming you claimed online, you can go to Money Claim Online to do this. Alternatively, you can complete form N225. There will be no need to provide any evidence.

What @prh47bridge said. The judgment means the defendant has a legal obligation to pay what you claimed. However this doesn’t necessarily mean that they will. If you need to take further action (“enforce the judgment”) you will need to go back to court and yes this will incur further costs. At that point it’s worth considering whether the defendant has the means to pay and/or try to negotiate a settlement
