Is this a normal clause for a Will?

My mum died recently and it's turned out a family member took her to a solicitor to change her Will without telling the other siblings. This sibling is very controlling, took over all her finances, and removed the other siblings who were supposed to be executors, and nominated themselves instead.

I have only just seen this new Will and there is a paragraph in there with various sub-sections that look a bit suspect to me. (Also this was not in the original Will but only added into the new one that nobody knew about.)

Is this a normal standard kind of clause? Because it looks to me like this family member can pretty much to whatever they want without referring to anyone else.

I will upload the clause and would be very grateful for any advice!

Wow! That gives them carte Blanche to do what they want if they are the trustee.

See a solicitor if the estate is significant as the will could be challenged under the 'undue influence' section. Especially if it is counter to the rest of the wills obvious intent.
