Can anyone give me a bit of advice please. Complaint at work, external party investigated it for employer. My complaint was upheld and the case to answer is bullying, harassment and intimidation. This was supported by dignity at work. Then person why was bullying has left. What happens now?
For info this person did this to many others, they were still in post 7 months after the first complaints (there were more than 1), and in the meantime had the platform to bully harass and intimidate more.
The outcome states that 'your case is ongoing and may not have come to a close as yet' ... what does that mean? I don't know what to do?
It was a restructure, I lost my job and was treated wrongly, upheld, I now have a different role. My old job is refilled. The person tried to move me to a job that was below my level and nothing related to any experience or background or education (degree and PhD - job offered was nothing even remotely relevant). I've found a secondment role I'm temporarily in but in the meantime although I've been offered a role, it's not my old job and they can't tell me what the job will be when I finish my secondment.
