Pages missing from deeds?

We are looking at buying a property and there are some pages missing that would detail any covenants in the property. Sellers have said they will pay for an indemnity policy and the property isn't too old. What would you do?

Look at the deeds of neighbouring properties. they are likely to contain the same covenants either as a burden or a benefit.

I would defiantly want to know any covenants attached to a property that I was buying as will any forwards purchaser , talk yo your conveyancing solicitor for advice , indemnity wouldn't be sufficient to cover in my opinion , but I usually want to add to or improve a property

I'd take the advice of the solicitor doing the conveyancing (who apart from anything else will have seen all of the papers)!

Unless it's a really old house the deeds are online now, the paper copy is irrelevant
