Partners ex sharing court documents again

I posted a few weeks ago that my DP ex had shared personal information about me that was in a CAFCASS report. I was advised to contact my partners solicitor however he is a litigant in person so after much thought I let it go. However he filed his position statement yesterday with the court and also a copy to her and within hours she had done to same thing and rang his mother and basically told her everything in it. This has led to mil being extremely upset at some of the things said. My question is , is she allowed to share this information with anyone she chooses as it's not an actual CAFCASS report. It does have personal information in it regarding the children obviously.

I would send a solicitors letter directly to her about sharing the personal information and also your ex.

Apologies I mixed them up. I would sent her a solicitor letter to stop the sharing of information.

It's been a few years since I did the family court thing, but I believe sharing court documents like that is contempt of court. I'd suggest speaking to the court (speak to a clerk? Write to the judge? Not sure on the correct route) to complain. Expect the court to take a dim view and to have some words...

See assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/714463/ex710-eng.pdf

As that leaflet says on page 6, you need to inform the court straight away, giving as much information as possible. This sounds like contempt of court.

Thank you for your replies. He has taken @prh47bridge advice and informed the court.
