abandoned building

hey so I live in one of those ghost sites left over from 2008 (northern Ireland) in a medium size village.
I'm wondering how to address an abandoned shed and ease of access.
There is a large abandoned shed that is occupied every weekend from 3pm to 9pm with drinking and drug taking.
Honestly I try to be understanding cause lifes crap atm but drug dealers at my back door I can't cope with.
With the warmer weather it's getting worst and it's already effecting the way I enjoy my outdoor space.
I know who owns the land and wondering what if anything I can do to force them to secure the access hoping that this will deter the people from using this space.
The police have been called to the area a few times but while watching all I could think of was the benny hill music, police went one way, people went the other! Plus ni officers have much more to be worrying about.
just wanna be able to sit in my garden during the summer without loud music, people pissing in bushes and general antisocial behaviour.

How large? Is it a sturdy shed? If it’s a bit dilapidated I think you would have more luck inviting a couple of burly blokes to lean rather forcefully on it. If it was a pile of collapsed planks on the ground the druggies might not hang around.

it's not fit for purpose half roof, missing walls on 2 ends and pretty much derelict but they still hang round even on the grass outside.
I just want to make the land owner stop the access, they can literally walk up a drive way to it and hoping that if it's not quite as easy they'll go somewhere else.
can't face another summer of this.

oh but it's made of steel and block work so wont 'fall down' fully unless I get a digger and give it a push. but would happy pay for that if it's legal however I still think they'll hang around the grass bank outside it if the area isnt secured

Ah, so it’s the area they hang around for rather than the building. Sounds awful for you.
I hope someone knowledgeable comes on to advise soon.

You could try your local councillor, he or she might be able to help. Our local councillor has been lobbying to remove a block a flats where I live. Hasn't happened yet but he has managed to get them tidied up and safer for the residents. If your councillor doesn't help, try speaking to one from the opposite party they usually go out off their way to help you, just to get your vote, only in Northern Ireland lol.
