Isn't this a bit short for a final and enforcement hearing?

The hearing has only been scheduled for 3 hours and it's meant to cover enforcement, variation and is a final hearing.

Change of residence, contact with nrp including holidays, handover points and travel all to be discussed. Anyone think 3 hours is a bit short ? I've read normally final hearings are scheduled for a day.

Who set the time estimate for the hearing? Is either party represented?

@MrsBertBibby judge set the time estimate and both represented

I imagine that means there won't be much need for oral evidence.

A final hearing isn't a discussion. The Judge hears evidence, hears or reads final submissions, and then gives judgement.

DPs enforcement / variation hearing was 3 days!! Even that wasn't enough to go through evidence. 3hrs doesn't seem right.

You can't determine hearing length that way. Some cases need lots of live evidence, some very little, or none. If the salient facts are not contested, and there is no expert evidence to hear ( either no expert, or no challenge to the expert) then you will just need submissions and judgement.
