Pension Sharing order - how to I get my ex (recipient) to provide his details.

Hopefully someone out there in Mums net land can help me with an unusual matter. I was divorced 2 years ago and as part of the financial settlement we had a pension sharing order where I am the transferor and my ex is the recipient. I went ahead and contacted my pension company paid my half of the fee. Since then the pension company have been waiting for my ex to provide details of where the pension should be paid. Despite multiple emails and letters from both myself and the pension company my Ex has still not provided this information. The barmy thing is he has paid his half of the fee too - so it is just information they are waiting for.
I have been in contact with Pension experts and 2 separate Sols and also emailed the court directly to see if they can help. but i keep getting sent round in circles.
I am concerned, as because my pension company know a sharing order is in place - if i need to draw on my pension for any reason (like if i have an accident or medically retired) any claims will be horrendously delayed while this is unresolved.
Any help greatly appreciated.

I'd do nothing for now - address it only if it becomes an issue.

I'd have to look this up (and won't get round to it) but it's possible that if he dies before it is implemented then you retain your full pension.

One of the clauses on our financial order says this
"it being agreed between the parties that in the event that the applicant (my ex) non member spouse predeceases the respondent member spouse after this order has taken effect but before its implementation the respondent member spouse shall have the consent of the personal representatives of the applicant non member spouse to apply to vary or to set aside the terms of this order under FPR 2010, r 9.9A or to appeal out of time against the order under the matrimonial causes act 1973, s 40A or s40B"
Doe this mean that if my ex dies before me - but before this sharing order is effected - I will have to apply to whomever his executor is to ask for this order to be amended or cancelled in some way? Help??

This means that there is an expectation that the PSO will be cancelled if he predeceases.
