E-filing with the family court?

I’ve tried calling the court so many times for days but no-one is answering (or replying to my emails) and the same for free legal advice organizations rights now.

Does anyone know what the correct email address is for the Central Family Court (Financial Remedies Unit)? And if I can file my form E, statement of issues etc. by email?

Also I read somewhere that the limit for sending in documents by email is 50 pages. Is this accurate? If so, I can’t file my form E by email because it’s well over 50 pages with all the bank statements.

Also, this might sound silly but, if I file by post, is it sufficient to post the day before the deadline by next day delivery?

Thanks

The thing about 50 pages is true as it’s listed on the justice.gov website. I just googled it there and read it on the official website about emailing family court for any reason. I don’t know the answer to your other questions

I had this recently with Huddersfield family court. They rejected my e-filed Form E which was at the max size (10MB) but over 50 pages. They haven't updated the guidance about this which I think is poor. I rang someone at Huddersfield and explained my reluctance to send in a large document by post when the final hearing bundle would have to be an e-bundle. She agreed to allow it to be e-filed.

I suspect you may have difficulty speaking to someone at the CFC so if I were you I'd e-file the narrative only but serve the documents on the other party. Explain to the court what you're doing and why.

Thank you @LouiseTrees and @Collaborate

@Collaborate thanks, I’ll do as you suggested. Seems so odd to have a limit of 50 pages when they know that the Form E is long and will have a lot of attachments

Maybe try contacting support through court. They can't give legal advice but can advise on court procedures.
