If we are forced into the office despite being able to wfh and CV spreads through the staff.

Sorry it’s a question on CV but I want to know as on Monday I’m delivering a training session on wfh tools that we have to use within the office. I want to announce to the staff that it’s absolutely ridiculous and if we catch it and anyone is ill we should launch a grievance action

It stupid but I set up this system to protect everyone, in a week, after years of the management refusing to consider it and now they love it but we have to be in the office to use it

dont be daft, you won't be able to prove where you caught it from!

I guess I’m being stupid I’m just so upset and frustrated

I asked my husband this question yesterday actually (he is a solicitor who worked in personal injury/negligence for a while). He said most solicitors don’t want to take on claims linked to infectious diseases because it’s so hard to prove where and how it was contracted.

Nothing to stop you raising a grievance though if you think your employer is unnecessarily putting employees in harms way.

Why do you have to be in the office to use a wfh system?
