Employment Grievance at FTSE 100, best way forward?

MD level at big FTSE 100, things not good, need to file grievance against my manager. Don't feel confident HR will support me, have kept logs of all calls, emails etc. It's all getting too much and I need to take action.

Wondering if there any Employment lawyers out there that can advise best way forward without making mistakes.

Sorry I can't provide more details publicly, have been there 10 years,

Many thanks in advance.

Honestly I’d think before doing it. I have raised a grievance big FTSE 100 was working at senior management level before pregnancy.

Company have simply not answered points on grievance that they didn’t like the answer to. I have done DSAR which shows clear evidence of discrimination in emails ect but all not upheld.

I wish I’d never went down that route now and just sucked up their shit treatment and tried to find another job in a different business unit.

Currently off sick and I have been cut off and I know I will be unable to return, literally it’s been 8 weeks since I have been contacted by HR and it was November when manager last contacted me. They just want me to disappear.

Tbh it’s unlikely that anything will change following a grievance. More likely you will be pushed out. If you really are at MD level, get some specific legal advice
