Mediation

Hi,

Are agreements made at mediation then legally recognised?

My friend shares custody of his daughter with Ex. He wants it legally bound that on her weekends if she needs childcare then she has to ask him first before anyone else as he thinks she should be with him over anyone else. I'm not sure he'll be able to dictate this?

Does anyone have legal knowledge for this please?

It was several years ago, but in our original agreement there was a first refusal for childcare for both parties.

Legally recognised? If they are confirmed afterwards, otherwise they are without prejudice.

Are they enforceable? No, as they;re not a court order.
