Wondering if someone can help, I've been told to repost here to see who can help me

OH really needs some advice, him and his ex have a DD together who is 3, ex has declined for her to come on holiday abroad with us later in the year but agreed she could come away within the UK

We booked a holiday in the uk which is soon and now EX has turned round and said that We can not take DSD with us, there is no court order in place or anything like that as it hasn't really been needed, OH wants to collect DD from nursery the day of the holiday and take her away as we planned, would anything happen if we were to do this?

Any advice would be appreciated as DSD keeps going on about the holiday and how excited she is etc

Urgent application needed to court for a child arrangements order. He wants contact defined and leave to take the child out of the UK for a holiday.. Google C100 and get him to fill it in, or take legal advice if he's not sure what he's doing.

Even if he doesn't get it heard in time for this holiday an order will be in place for the next time.

You can get a hearing at very short notice for this kind of thing. I have had one within a couple of days before. Take the paperwork to the court rather than posting or emailing. If your local court is anything like mine, they take 6 weeks to process even an urgent application unless you go in person.

Have spoken to solicitor today, they said we will not be in the wrong if we let EX know when and where we are going, tines and dates etc, she is doing it out of spite and the court will see that

But we have to go see the solicitor about going abroad as soon as possible as she said it can take upto 12 weeks to go through
