Family court Bundle

Dp ex has a solicitor and the court order states they are to put together the bundle. Well here is the issue, the solicitor hadn't contacted dp about the bundle, his statement or the contact notes that needed to be added. Dp contact the solicitor asking about exchanging statements and a parent plan, so they exchanged the statement ( no parent plan because the ex wants indirect contact) but nothing from his side has been added and it seems the solicitor had already sent the bundle to court due to the dates and court requirements. The parts dp should have added, just said that dp hadn't submitted anything at this time.

Can the solicitor do that? And if so what should dp do when he's at court.

Dp ex's solicitor ignores his emails and her statement is untrue, which was expected and not really the issue.
The contact centre notes are fantastic, his mental health notes are good ( suffer with anxiety which he told them about but is still able to parent and works. )

Why didn’t your DP send the things he wanted adding to the solicitor?

IIRC, the bundle index and case summary should be agreed between the parties.

If I were him, I would file his documents with court ASAP and explain to the judge on the day.

He didn't know the solicitor wouldn't do what she did last time, last time she told him that they needed to do x y z. The solicitor isn't replying to his email, and before they would ignore ones and reply to others.

He has posted the statement and emailed the courts.
