Can someone shed some light on this please?
I say every loose page in a will needs to be signed and witnessed by at least two witnesses....otherwise it’s not valid.

Is that correct?
Otherwise anyone could add a loose page after the death of the person whose will it is.
I say the even if the deceased has ( previously) signed it..that signature could’ve been extracted under duress, when they were too ill to know what they were doing and so forth

Do you agree
Thanks

There is no legal requirement for every page to be signed but it is a good idea for the testator and witnesses to initial every page so that the will cannot be altered. The will is still valid even if this doesn't happen but it is easier for someone to argue that it has been altered if they want to challenge the will.

Thanks prh4
I honestly wouldve thought these legal documents would’ve been made water tight.
