Child arrangements order

Hi

Does anyone know offhand the correct forms to fill out when new evidence presents itself after a child arrangement order is in place?

Part of the conditions of the order I have is that XH doesn't drink or take drugs while in control of the children - and I have firm evidence that he has been doing both.

I am not sure if I have to apply to force the order, or get a prohibited Steps Order.

TIA

C100 again for variation. Plus C1A re welfare concerns (substance misuse)

Can I ask what they will see as firm evidence....? I have emails admitting that someone is a life time drug user and saying they won't use when caring for my daughter in the near future but this email was from years ago...and in the email they also state that they think it's good to be high when around kids as it helps you get more into their state of mind.
This person will be looking after my child probably sole care at time as my sol just has not used this as evidence as this person is not party to the proceedings but I know that my ex will leave my child with this person. Feel like everyone in legal system including my own sol is just ignoring me and saying I don't have proper evidence. And apparently what my DD says to me can't be relied upon either unless she says similar stuff to another adult. So discouraging & worrying for my DD.

And good luck with your situation as well sorry to hijack/just I am in a similar situation with CAO not yet in place but will be and I am sure I will in future come against trying to vary it as I am pretty sure it will not work well for my DD.

I'm sorry to say we have a dedicated social worker, who said the day so if the 16 year old will be deemed as credible enough,

I'm not using a solicitor - just go for it yourself. The court costs are enough for me!
