He's had his previous figures done by accountant that his total income is 28k.
His employment is 28k alone. His business made a loss of 3k.
Hes saying they shoukd take the 3k loss into consideration and base on 25k as he still had to pay out things like van rental for the self employment each month etc
Hes shown me the accounts and I sort of see what he's saying but surely they just go by the 28 as that's what hmrc have been given.? And he's also just been accepted for a DRO due to losses and struggling.
If he appealed would they listen. I know he works hard and I don't want to be unreasonable about anything
