Complaining about Magistrates court

How do I go about a complaint about an order?
I am going for a Child Arrangements Order to see my grandson and we just had the initial hearing where the decision was to order a sec 7 from Cafcass.

The Order has his mothers name wrong - not a mis spelling but a different name entirely.
It also says they need to decide on the nature of any contact with the father. The poor boys father died in June 2016.

I'm pretty sure this order was only made because there was no magistrate on duty on the day of the hearing so no decision could be reached.

I'm appalled at the initial report from Cafcass too and will be making a complaint about them too. They completely fabricated a conversation with me and also got dates wrong.

It seems that none of them take any of this seriously!

I am so sorry this has happened tp you , it is appalling and negligent.
To make a complaint about the magistrates court you need to forward your complaint to the Advisory Committee
judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk/contact-an-advisory-committee/
If your not sure the which committee applies to you, then go to the magistrates court where the matter was dealt with and they will advise you. You have only 3 months from the date of the hearing to file the complaint
If you have a solicitor dealing with the case they should deal with this promptly.
All the bestFlowers

Thank you Poshindevon.

I just hope they haven't put my daughters name on someone elses order. I feel awful for the woman who's confidentiality has been breached.

It turns out the order was actually drafted by my own solicitor.
This is the latest in a long list of errors from her.
I have put in a formal complaint and I have a meeting with a senior partner in the firm.
