Transfer of equity - what information needed

My stbxh has asked me for a copy of the 'statement of information' that was sent to the court with the consent order stuff. He says his conveyancer has asked to see it. I didn't keep a copy and neither did he. Does anyone know why a conveyancing solicitor would need to see anything other than the sealed consent order to proceed with the transfer of equity? I don't want to spend another penny on solicitor's bills, which I will have to do if I request a copy from the solicitor who represented me (and besides, my file is now closed). The divorce has been highly acrimonious. Can I just say no to this?

Thanks Familylawsolicitor. He didn't have one. He says he was mentally incapacitated and doesn't know what he signed, and CAB need this document to help him with his debts as he lost his job. He was actually high on cocaine most of the time (unknown to me at the time, but my teenage son and his friends were aware), so possibly doesn't remember, but presumably that's not a valid reason for signing things without reading them. I'm very sick of it all and just want it finished Sad
