It needs saying. A huge thank you from the bottom of my heart.
It's been a blissful 15 months since I last went through the family Court system (13 times) and I spent many shocked, tearful and desperate hours on here gleaning what information and hope I could find on threads similar to my own situation. I clung to your sensible words.
You guys absolutely rock with your kindness, calmness and ever present advice. Thank you so much.

Totally agree. You guys are awesome. Clear headed, sympathetic, and talking in plain English. Family court (several times) and school appeals, you made all the difference, just in my ability to cope and understand

Thank you for being so fantastic

You lot are brilliant.
I wish I'd used you all, instead of pointlessly constantly crying down the phone to our 4 lawyers, whilst fighting School and SS, which cost me my inheritance of £5k. Sad

And just to be clear from a legal point of view none of us give "advice" in any legal or liability sense on there - it is just off the cuff views and people are advised to take their own legal advice.

I agree too, esp as so many cuts have been made to the legal help poor people can get.

I remember in the 90's a solcitor would be sat in the court - for free and people would q up to see them before a hearing. Just a few hours I think they came via CAB?

Invaluable to my eyes - I too have stood in a court reception, not using the one correct word and no one would help me, no it wasn't please Grin but for instance a form, unless I got the exact form wording right they said " we cant offer legal advice" if we the people cant get access to the justice system then we are buggered.

I too thank any legal minded/trained person on here who offers any help at all and I too have benefited from it.
