How long does CMS appeal process take?

Hi, I've submitted my paperwork for appeal to the CMS after my mandatory reconsideration came back with nothing to change. I sent it all off 2 week ago recorded delivery and was just wondering when I might hear something.

I know the guidanace said the hearing might be some months away but just thought I might have got a letter or something, and also am a bit on edge as wondering when my exH is going to be notified.

Many thanks

Absolutely shame on you both for shooting me down , looking forward to more single minded opinions

DaisysStew · 20/01/2018 00:58

I have no problem with swearing - it’s chauvinists using terms like bitch that I object to. And deadbeats who’ll deprive their children to try and teach their ex a lesson. Children are to be loved and cherished, not used in your pathetic games.

Angryfather · 20/01/2018 00:59

At any time have I said I’m teaching my ex a lesson

Angryfather · 20/01/2018 00:59

DaisysStew · 20/01/2018 01:00

I’m not ashamed for standing up for a child’s right to be supported by both parents - why would I be?

Angryfather · 20/01/2018 01:01

Cause you are aggressive to me cause of my position

Angryfather · 20/01/2018 01:01

You see it as a cheat

DaisysStew · 20/01/2018 01:02

Angryfather · 20/01/2018 01:03

So explain

Angryfather · 20/01/2018 01:03

DaisysStew · 20/01/2018 01:04

What else would I base it on? Confused

It’s hilarious how incoherent your argument is becoming. Youre wrong, deal with it.

CommonGrounds · 20/01/2018 01:04

You need to step away from the keyboard and go to bed. Read this again in the morning with a clear head.

Maybe think that being 'angry' does no-one any good. You cant live in the past and be bitter.

Step up and be a real Dad. Your children deserve that.

Angryfather · 20/01/2018 01:04

Where is your proof that I’m a dead beat ( drunk ) according to your bud dad!

DaisysStew · 20/01/2018 01:05

4 times been called dead beat dad just saying

I’m like Roy Walker me, I say what I see. Grin

Angryfather · 20/01/2018 01:05

I disagree new person I’m angry for a reason and your female mafia shit ain’t scaring me

DaisysStew · 20/01/2018 01:06

Deadbeat doesn’t mean drunk. The definition is idle, feckless, or disreputable person.

But once again, I’m the stupid one?
