Can I get a PSO prevent my DC dad contacting the PP office and putting blocks/reporting my son's passport?

He's already trying to put blocks upon my DC's passport for a year, there should be one on there already but they've failed to do it numerous times.

I want something that can stop him from continuously writing/complaining to the passport office, reporting my DC's passport and trying to make sure I can't apply for my DC's passport renewal unless he agress

I think you should see a lawyer about this - you can usually get 30 mins free advice. Is there a reason he is doing this - is he afraid you will take the child out of the country for a lengthy period. What are the contact arrangements?

WrappedInABlankie · 14/04/2015 23:55

No contact agreements courts didn't make an order on his case due to DC being so distressed.

He's doing this to be malicious, he doesn't care about DC having a passport he was abusive and likes the control and trouble he can cause he's been stalking, harassing, cyberstalking me since I became pregnant and dumped him nearly 4 years ago.

Can you get legal aid for a PSO?

You won't get legal aid unless there is recent violence meaning there is an injunction / bail conditions / recent conviction etcetera

The court would want to know why you needed the order? Do you need a passport for your child and he preventing you from getting one? In which case you need a specific issue order to allow you to get one but if you don't need / want a passport and his actions are annoying rather than preventing you from able to do something then I think the court would say that the 'no order presumption' should apply. Basically the court won't make an order in respect of child unless it is in their best interests to do so.

I already get legal aid for the non-mol case due to DV from him (a letter was needed from my GP to prove this)

I want one to stop him reporting the as fraudulently passport continuously, and to also stop him putting any further blocks on it (I've seen the letter stating they have) stating
Not to issue another one in his current surname despite the fact it was changed before he was granted court ordered PR meaning I didn't need his permission.
