I set up an email address and let another party use it.
- I made the email address up on my laptop (a standard hotmail one)
- I set the password
- My email address and information was the security information
- I was allowed to access it when helping the person I let use it with sending emails etc
- She has since used it for her work purposes, didn't ask me first etc
- I needed some old information from it so logged on being allowed to in the past to get the information
She is now saying I've hacked her whole computer and that Apple have told her it was me and they've given her my ip address, my name, address etc (I have not hacked her computer)
Is this illegal as I was the one who set it up on my computer, set the passwords and I'm the security information and I was allowed to use it and send emails from it. Surely it my email address?
If anyone can help it'll be great
